Anyone who now starts up a new position when the changes go thrugh will have access to all the affiliaiton startups/descriptions to make an informed choice on what Aff to join.
(oh yeah and if i ever find pandora i am going to beat her to death with her box and steal hope - only 3 weeks killed by illness this time)

Is it possible for the affiliation message/description text fields to be increased? I need to waffle

Can we have seperate messages to send to all signups and to ones joining our affilation? (maybe description to everyone and signups to just new members?)
The messages i'd give to the two groups of people is very different. (ie a recruitment message and a gettting-the-most-out-of-rip message)
Secondly how will they have access to the message? will it be emailed to them, or will it be off a link on their startup email.
If it's emailed to them then i don't wnat to write to much (i know i'd just skip most of it if it was too long and hte first message wasn't very intressting), however if it's a link i'd be happy writing more.
