Is it posssible to put the scint effect and the planetary atmosphere effect into the space combat report so you can see the overall effect and therefore how many more scints you need to build for a starbase?

| That would help, but I'm guessing a whole lot of, since scints are affected by mass and dispersion. they're much more effective at orbital stations, but you know that already of course...bloody excess production heh? | |
