| I think there was a discussion about this some time ago but can't remember the answer. I think it would be a good idea to allow a Starbase to buy from another starbase using Shuttle Ports. The arguement against this is that they can be considered as automated but as we have to pay employees to run each complex then I would consider the shuttles to be manned for this type of operation. | I think the discussion was along the lines of: Lee: Shouldn't market buy orders between starbases on the same planet be limited by shuttle port capacity because it isn't at the moment. David: Yes it should - I'll fix it. As far as I'm aware it has been fixed. The other discussion was about doing market buy orders within a system using teleporters. Not sure what happened with that but I see no reason to disallow it. | |
