Some (all?) of the resources I've seen in recent SA results have had a percentage weekly change in quantity rather than a fixed number.

Is this a new thing, and if so has it been applied to older resources?

If so, how do I recheck the information on the resources I have? I tried the investigate blurb order on Phoenix-era SA results and the orders failed. Is the investigate blurb order only for BSE-era SA results, or has something else gone wrong?

resources (only the ones that are being exploited at the time) need some kind of status section in the starbase/outpost turn that mirrors the minerals layout...

I assume that if such a resource is exploited down to zero stock it is effectively gone - so otherwise it's next to impossible for a global resource with a % change to be managed sustainably!

Indeed, it would be really nice to have an order to check on the available quantities
and the growth of the resources..

The investigate blurb only works on Phoenix SA's and then not always.. I have had to manually ask Mica at least once to get the resource ID.

It definitely works on BSE SA's

The investigate blurb needs the exact wording to work. The older the result, the more likely it has been changed slightly (correcting typos, new typos, reformatting, etc etc)

But I definately agree that some kind of resource report should be included for all the resources that starbase is aware of (i.e. it keeps track of any resources currently being exploited, or even any it has ever exploited at any time?). More than any other reason this helps when you are taking over a starbase or outpost from someone else, especially if they left and haven't passed you the blurbs! (This has happened to me a few times, and Mica has been very kind to provide me details of currently exploited resources (those I know the ID for) through a free SA on several occasions, but he shouldn't have to have this extra work).

Maybe even a new order to "Investigate Resource" using the resource ID as the target?

As for % weekly change, I've never seen one, although Dan mentioned them to me re: The Phoenix Calculator. He explained it that the weekly change is a % of the current stock of the resource. Sounds a real pain to get the balance right.
