I can get to my order editor. But once I'm in there, I click on "information" and nothing comes up. This has been going on two weeks now and I can't get an answer from Mica on either one of theses two subjects. Is he on vacation? If he's been too busy or gone, I could understand. Am I the only one having this problem?
If someone is working on this It would be nice to know. clif

It works for me though.

Are you logging on with the email address set as the primary address for your turns? (presumably you registered it?)

Could it possibly be that you have changed your primary email address for Phoenix?

If the answer is yes, then you need to create a new online order editor account under the new email address.

Why?

The game uploads data to the online site providing that there is an online account with the same email address as used as primary email address for the game. This is due to security issues - as passwords are send out to the email address, it ensures that nobody can mess with your account without you giving prior permission.

So create a new account using the appropriate email address.

Note that this will not immediately show your positions as the upload occurs once per day so it is probable that your information will not show till the next day.
