	A little-publicised change arising from the recent changes to officers is that some officers now provide fewer crew factors than they used to. Under the old rules, where each ship officer was a unique item in the game database, highly experienced officers provide more crew factors than normal. Now, they all provide the standard 8 crew factors (as far as I can tell). This means that I had one officer drop from providing 21 crew factors to only 8... This is not necessarily a problem, just something for people to be aware of when wondering why their efficiency figures look odd. :-) Richard AFT

	Using some of your training points for Leadership training makes the crew more efficient (ie more crew points available) so this officer factor has joined the rest by being incorporated into training. Geoff
