Sees With Knowledge

When using the offline editor the system maps are generated under the game folder for example: \Skeletal\Phoenix\GameData\London(41) In that folder there is a system.htm file, and a system_links.htm What is the difference between these two files, what are they used for? I have a system where one of the files shows the correct map for the system, and the other, (the one linked to by the main index page), says that the system has not been scanned yet... Any ideas?
