Hi!

It is far easier to scout a small enemy GP than then to scan them (especially when you have some nice and cool Hive scouts). It should be possible to use the scout location order to engage in combat. If I can scout an enemy position I should be able to attack it!

As it is now I can scout the enemy party, get to know all their details, but I can't attack them since they are to small for me to scan with a scan location order. rolleyes.gif

I should be able to flag that I wish to check my ground enemy list when I do a scout location order. Or there should be an 'attack position XXXXX' order that allows me to attack a position in the same sector.

Cheers,

Peter

Quite on the contrary, I'd say you should not be able to scout a GP if you cannot see (i.e. attack) it.
Either you have seen/scanned the GP and can interact/scout/attack with a known position number - or you cannot.

I do not agree, when you have scouts it should increase your chances of finding other GP's in the same location (that's what scouts are used to).

The only other way of finding a small GP today is to have lots of sensors and that is not very logical, since it should be extremely easy for a GP to evade the sensors from another planet bound GP (just hide behing a big rock). Scouts should work better in that case.
