Do interceptors fire at missiles and torpedoes?
David Bethel
Interceptors fire at _all_ enemy fighters/bombers and interceptors reguardless of the enmey targets. They fire on round 1-4 even though fighter only get to attack ships on round 2-3. They do not fire at missiles/torps.

Point defence fires at missiles/torps/fighters/bombers that are targeting the ship the point defence is in.

What i dont understand then, is why would the interceptor fire round 1 and 4. Do they fire at the attacking bombers/fighters before they even get to their target ship? blink.gif

They attack before they get to the target ship. It allows a massive interceptor screen to devistate incoming fighters.
