If you've researched a Resource item (ex:33333) and it suspose to allow you to produce with a special complex for that item, how do you make that complex?A. Build a Resource Complex
B. Assign it to the Resource 33333
????
I'm confused on how to for sure since nothing I've tried has worked yet.

Once the resource complex is built (so its unused at this point), you need to do a special action to activate production. Usually this will use up the blueprint.
