	Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to build factories and merch complexes in outposts even though they can't be used at said outpost until it's converted to a starbase. Do anyone know if this is possible? I would also like to wish all on this list a merry christmas. I must say that most of the topics discussed here is very usefull.

	Yes you can. But you have to activate the complex's on conversion to a starbase. Dave
