	Hi, would it be possible to pencil in making use of orbital docks something that can be authorised via issuing authorisation? I suppose it could be toggled so that the default was allow everyone to use it. Persoanlly I'd like to have the option of denying orbital docking rights to certain positions, affs, in certain situations (but appreciate the low urgency of this as a possible addition).
