Another calculations question I'm afraid.

Does anyone have any details of how efficiency is calculated (in bases and ships).

i.e. how much drop per complex without a command complex? How much per missing employee/crew? What about bridges (are bridges cummulative?)? How do these things compound, etc...

Oh and here's another one with complexes. What's the maximum number of complexes (at 100% efficiency) you can have INCLUDING 1 command complex? 100 or 101 (i.e. 1 IN every 100 or 1 FOR every 100)

Okay, I just did some numbers and I get this:

%drop in starbase efficiency =

insufficient employees = ((required-available) / required) * 100

insufficient command complexes = 0.1 * excess complexes
(e.g. 834 total complexes with 8 command complexes = 96.6%)

This is from a very small sample, so any more examples to confirm or deny will be much appreciated...
