Set of orders? For example, I have a freighter convoy of 5 Caravels and a Broadsword. I issued orders for them all to join the same squadron, which according to my political report they have done successfully. I issued a standard 'move to starbase' order for the squadron, and got a report back which seemed to indicate only the 5 freighters were following the squadron orders. The only reason I can possibly theorise for this is that the escorting Broadsword has a naval officer whereas the freighters don't. Admittedly, I haven't yet confirmed whether the escort has moved or not, but judging from the printout for the ship issuing the squadron orders it didn't. Any ideas?
