hmm i tend to use move to starbase and havn't had any problems so far, what does it do differently?
although i tend to jump to system xyz before move to starbase so maybe it's cause i do that?

Before the update, you would always move to ring 10 of your current quadrant before jumping, or jump from where you were if you started outside ring 10.
Now, if your destination is outside ring 10, you will move to the target orbital quadrant before jumping. If your destination is inside ring 10, you will move to ring 10, but in the quadrant of whichever of your start point and destination is in the further-out ring.
Or something like that. Either way, you won't notice the change if you are moving to your destination system before using the Move to Starbase order.
