I did a SA to get to know the available BP at EEM Balmoral(4100) in the Yank system.
and got this result

But I can not find them, could somebody give me a hint as to where they might be.
(I have found the ship prices but not the BP and Tech.)

Either they dont have any, or they are free
Im sure it cant be a mistake
