| Am i correct in thinking that a platform uses the combat lists (support/defend/enemy/gound/don't) of the starbase it is attached to (via the uplink command), or do i need to seperatly admin the platform lists as well? I'm sure i read that it was but i can't find that post so i'm not sure. | |||

| Yes they do. | |||

| While I can see why that would be useful in some cases.... it actually sucks in others. To get a platform to obey lists different to your starbases, you have to create a new outpost, with a platform control complex and set lists there. Is there any chance that Platforms can be set or allowed to obey their own specific list? And why does a PLATFORM have a list if it's ignored anyway? If I'm missing the point, please enlighten me EDIT: Replace Starbase with Platform. Ooops | |||

| Ah, right. So platforms can have lists of their own if their controlling starbase has none. But as soon as the controlling starbase adds an enemy list, it supercedes that of the platform? I didn't realise it worked that way. | |||

I don't know if it does work that way. If the controlling starbase has no lists I would expect the platform to still take on it's lists (and thus still ignore its own). But I don't know about that situation. | |||

| Some clarification from Mica would be very helpful here. I had been working on the assumption that the lists added together - i.e. a platform will obey its own lists in addition to the lists of the starbase from which that platform is controlled. Richard AFT | |||

| Okay how do you add Everyone (except allies) to an attack/ground list? other than specifing each affilation? |
