Hi,
I recently tried to cancel a order to sell items on my starbase market list. Previously I had ran the "market sell" with 0 items & 0 stellars and used the "add to market" tick box and all what happened was that I was selling Items for 0 stellers.

I had had to eliminate the market just to get rid of the problem but would it be better to have an order to " cancel market sell" instead?

I recently tried to cancel a order to sell items on my starbase market list. Previously I had ran the "market sell" with 0 items & 0 stellars and used the "add to market" tick box and all what happened was that I was selling Items for 0 stellers.

It was the ticking of "add to market" tickbox which was the mistake.

When you do a market sell it sets the sale at however many items you entered and at whatever price you entered, zero for both cancels it. However using the 'add to market' it just adds the number you entered to the current sale quanitiy but changes the price to the new one.

So although it ends up with a silly result it does act as i would expect it to.
Add 0 new items for sale, set sale price to 0.
