There is a problem with removing mass production lines where you no longer have a blueprint for the item (or in my case, had a production line running and then the item became restricted).

The command seems to check for the existance of a blueprint as its first step and rejects at that point. The factories associated with the mass production line cannot be released and are effectively wasted.

Presumably the problem could arise if a blueprint is sabotaged or lost in battle.

It shouldn't check for the blueprint if you're trying to reduce an existing mass production line to zero factories or production line quantity to zero items. I'm sure David will fix that on his return.
