blink.gif I've been trying to pick up a blue print for awhile now and keep on getting errors or no action being taken. Thanks to Mica, most of the problems were worked out as being "user error" <G>

However, the problem still exists. Heres the scenario:
Orders sent in with Clear Pending
Ship with 2000 mus cargo space located at XXXXX
TUS available = 244
>TU 244: Pickup {XXXX} {8509} {1} {} {Install - No}
Error - Pickup authorization was for Specialist Bio-Resource Exploitation
(8509).
Total TU cost for this action is 10

One obvious thought was the order took 10, leaving me with 233... not 300
Since I first cleared all pending it does not need 300 and if I had not, it would just been 240 per Mica

The starbase owner authorised you to pick up the finished technique, but you were sending an order to pick up the blueprint maybe?

(That's just a newbie guess).

I would have to look at the entire turn.

When a turn is sent in, it is processed on the same day irrespective of the number of TU's accumulated. So even though you had not accumulated 300TU's your turn was processed.

As for the pick-up. I can only presume that the starbase did not have an untooled version of the technique. This meant that there was a copy of the technique present, so no failure to it not being present. As it was tooled, it could not be removed. This though is speculation as I do not have a full copy of the turn so cannot check the starbase or the ship in question.
