Two issues: 1. probably a hang-over from the conversion, but not all the outposts that I own are on my restricted info listings - and that is probably a wider issue for more people as well. When some of them are -98% sensor profile ones, it's not exactly easy to just move there and scan them.... 2. the knowldege of a starbase or outpost's location does not get transferred to the new owner when you transfer the ownership. I had to go and "find" FEL Arrakeen when Willie Duncan transferred it to me Dan
