	Lets say I am scanning in a particular system and I automatically scan an asteroid. I do not have a political. I send a copy of my turns to a board member in my afiliation because the asteroid has some small but interesting ore deposits. It turns out that he cannot use that info because he did not have that knowledge personally. Correct me about this if I am wrong, and clarify, but a player with a political can pass info along to another player, but a player without a politcal with the same info, info coming direct from phoenix games, and information that is backed up with a copy of the turn its self, cannot say, for instance, "Micah, I discovered this asteroid with alot of gold on it, heres how to get there", because when I try to, "micah (not real name <g>) who holds a politcal (I don't),, goes to that place and scans, and gets back a reading, saying basically, "You don't have this information". Is my question clear? "Micah"(not real name), out of character knows this asteroid exists. He learned about it "in character", through an official msg from myself, but, he cannot use it because he did not obtain that infomation himself. Is this a bug? I know it bugs me!

	I think you have to transfer the info to the other players individual positions? (or just his ship, then he can do the other transfers himself).

	My understanding was that information obtained by a player without a political position goes directly into the affiliation databanks ([AFF]) of his affiliation. But from what you wrote it looks like another member of your affiliation could not make use of the information which seems to indicate otherwise...?
