	There appears to be a bug in the change spread order...namely it doesn't change...kind of tricky assaulting a base when you're set to disperse and the base is set to packed

	It says in the ground combat rules that you always fight with the defending positions spread type. Meaning that if the base is set to packed and you dispersed, you will fight as packed in the starbase.
