Not sure if this counts as a bug. It only came about because of my own stupidity in that I was doing turns late one night and instead of setting up an outpost I set up a ground party!

It didnt even click with me when I was asked which lifeform I wanted to create the party with (as opposed to which complex)!

Anyhow, I'm left with a one human employee GP - but because there are no crew factors I can't deliver him to the OP I've since set up (though thinking about it I assume I could now pickup from the outpost?)

As such - just wondering whether employees and civilians should have some crew factors?....perhaps 0.25 (if it is possible to have less than a whole number)?

You have no crew to run the ground party, turn suspended.
>Turn Stopped:
There is an error in your pending orders. Your need to clear/correct your
pending orders before another turn will be processed.

the possibility of having an effectively useless position is something we should be looking to avoid huh.gif

Rather than giving employees crew factors, perhaps the create GP order should result in an error if the lifeform chosen doesn't have any?
