Had 3 different ships on 3 different planets doing some prospecting for common ores and each ship got the following error message on their results

Error - GPI type out of range.

There is an error in your pending orders. Your need to clear/correct your
pending orders before another turn will be processed.
All 3 ship turns were sent via the on line order editor!!
Is it a bug or have I just been unlucky with all 3 ships???

Its kind of a bug but not.
Basically i have implemented a default for each order info but not used it for phoenix cos most defaults are 0. On this order the default is 1, but it come up as zero. Type 1 and you are away.... i'll add a default for this info type and iot will pop up next week some time.
