I think there's a bug in the new maintenance routine. I just tried to maintain a Light hulled ship. From my understanding of the new rules, that shouldn't take long at all, especially when this is only looking to restore about 30% integrity. Yet for the ship in question this took up all 248 TU's that it had available today... >TU 248: Maintenance Complex Visit Warning - Maintenance complexes can only restore 30% integrity. 3 basic hull patches were used. Ship integrity restored to 94% Total TU cost for this action is 248 (from my turn today, day 635, for Figaro (1833)) Please tell me it's not supposed to take that long for a light-hulled ship... I had a similiar-ish result today. Heavy Hull ship, restoring 2.9% of integrity. >TU 241: Maintenance Complex Visit Ship integrity restored to 100% Total TU cost for this action is 168 I'm assuming it's supposed to be this way though. Until or unless I'm told otherwise. ![]() But I figured I'd mention it just in case it had relevance to anybody.

No - its bug, i reversed the tus required and did not test a short maintain. A fix is winging its way to kjc now - i also limited maintains top a min of 20Tus to avoid the madness of the 3tu maintain.... How did you lose 30% in 2 weeks ?

Hi. I had a turn back for a 100 Hvy hulled ship using 30 patches in a maintenence visit after fitting items and it took 220 Tus,but according to my calculations it should have only taken 150Tus. Is this the same bug at work,or is my maths up to their usual appalling standard?? ![]()

sounds like the same bug to me... Richard AFT

Basically any maintenance does the same - uses all your TUs.... hence the unual amounts. This is now fixed in theory |
