| I sent orders in for a squadron using ship 1153 using start and end squadron orders. I also sent in an additional order for 1153 to move into an orbit by itself. All the ships in the squadron were pulled into a battle at the end of squadron orders Ship 1153 could not orbit because it was in a battle I sent squadron orders the next day to clear pending orders, clear target lists, set alert status to no and to move out. It seems because ship 1153 was still trying to orbit and all the ships were held in a battle the new squadron orders were ignored. In fact the turn said "rcvd squad orders from 1153" I got around the issue by sending orders for each ship individually Andy | |||

| was the "clear all pending orders" sent in via the online order editor? cause i've never had luck with that even on indiviual turns, "clear pending order X" works fine though. not tried with squadrons mind you. | |||

| This seems to be more about what can and can not been done in squadron orders. Only orders in the catagories: squadron order or squadron standing orders will be run part of a squadron order. Any other order added will just be deleted. That said, if you had issued Clear Pending Orders Start Squadron Orders {Squad Orders} End Squadron Order That should have worked. Also as part of a squad order all pending orders for the squad ships are deleted. | |||

Is that just for the squad ships that are present at the location, or for all squad ships for example my ship somehow (actually i know how it was the squad 1 delete bug thingy) ended up on gtdoug's squad, as i have a stack of pending orders i was worried that if he issues an order the ship will clear pending even though it's nowhere near space he can get to. this would also lead to possiblities of having two groups of ships in the same squadron, for varoius tatical reasons | |||

The pending orders are only deleted for ships that are 'formed up' as part of the squadron to move. So those at the same location |
