This is duplicated throughout all 4 ships in the squadron. Possibly as a result of the fix for the other move to starbase problem?

I presume that the starbase is in the orbital quadrant. Does the starbase have a hiport? If not, it cannot be transacted with without docking.

The starbase is on a planetary body in that quadrant. Yes, it does have a hiport, but of course it's irrelevent given David's comment smile.gif
