Lord Scrimm

Had a few strange results back from operatives I've been running: I issued orders for a Get Enemy List and I got back only a position update - no results (plenty of TU's to perform the action - 100% Mission Risk, etc...). I issued orders for a Determine Item Quantity with another Operative and I got back only a position update - no results. I issued a Get Research List for an operative and it failed (costing 50 TU's out of the 300 available), but the SA next in line wasn't run. I issued a position update the following day and it only showed 60 TU's accumulated and not enough to run the SA. It appears that my accumulated TU's were zeroed... What's going on?
