| Just noticed that shields on platfroms are not generating anymore.. anyone got the same problems????? My shield strenght is static altough there are enough generators and the max strenght is not reached yet | |||

| The shields on one of my platforms have been increasing on a weekly basis. The last three weeks results here: Shield Factors: 31000 | | Shield Depth: 59.98 Max Shields: 50000 | | Shield Recharge: 500 Shield Factors: 37000 | | Shield Depth: 65.52 Max Shields: 50000 | | Shield Recharge: 500 Shield Factors: 47000 | | Shield Depth: 73.85 Max Shields: 50000 | | Shield Recharge: 500 I'm not sure why there is a random amount there though, 6000 factors, then 10,000 factors. I guess the output from shield generators is variable? | |||

Are these reports from the same day each week? Shield generators work on a daily basis, so will increase the shield factors each day. Thus I would assume that there were three days between your first two reports (3 days x 500 factors x 4 rounds = 6000 factors increase), and then five between the second and third. Sjaak, are you reading your data from the platform itself or from the controlling starbase? I seem to remember that the platform reports on the starbase don't always update everything unless the platform itself gets a report back. Richard AFT | |||

| Richard - yes, that's it exactly! Thank you kindly. I thought I was comparing weekly starbase updates, but one of them was an SA result. Hmm. Been playing this game for something like 2 years now, and I still feel like a rookie. | |||

Maybe that they do not recharge on the starbase printout, they will be recharged when they process. |
