	When issuing the "Drop Operative" order in the online order editor, the order has its usual two parameters: Operative and Starbase (positions). However, for both input fields there is a dropdown menu with known starbases/outposts - which doesn't make any sense in the first case, where the field should show known (owned) operative/agent type positions instead. A minor problem really, as the position number can be input manually. If fixed it would be helpful though as it saves searching for the correct number in the information tab.

	It's done the same thing in the Off-line Order Editor for ages. I've got so many operatives in so many places that I have to look them up anyways, so I never really though of it as much of a problem. I suppose it would be more convenient to have that looked into.
