As a result from the starbase changes I decided to check what the id number for shield complex is.
However in the offline editor 1.3.3 no shield complex can be found under the build complex order.
Is there an update order .cfg available for the offline editor?
You'll need to add a new line among the Items
Item=10??,"Shield",0x1;
(What's the number for shield complexes?)
