	When setting a research project. What does Ignore Restrict do? should I tick it or not when i set a project, or should i leave it as it is.

	:-) It does exactly what is says, it ignores any restirctions to start a project (e.g. racial designs). This option should be available to the GM only... Question is will overriding restrictions really work from the order editor and if yes can we have till Monday until it is fixed <G> Thomas
