The ISP are tweaking the platform - from their service status:

Our engineers have now fixed the issue with the service and normal service should now have been resumed. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are currently investigating a problem with the CGI servers which may be causing some CGI sites to timeout.

We will post a further update when more information is available.
