| This is a reminder to David, having mentioned it to him at the pubmeet. There appears to be a mismatch in the reporting of crew factors on platforms between the Starbase report and the actual platform printout. Typically the Starbase report indicates sufficient crew factors on the platform (Crew Factors 400, Required Crew Factors 180) but the Platform print actually shows "Insufficient crew factors. All actions take 220% tus" and show an efficiency of e.g. 40%. Mikhail - SMS | |

| I tracked down the issue here - the print out on the starbase was reporting combat efficiency and the efficiency on platform that everyone was quoting was normal effeciency. To avoid confusion normall efficiency will be set to 100% for platforms and removed from command report - hopefully this will make things easier. |
