	A scientist was created after finishing a technique at one of my starbases. He was listed in the Personnel Report and his bonus was added in the research report, but there was no notice that he was created in the Update section when the technique was completed and installed. Not a big deal, but I would suggest that the creation of a scientist is notified. Cheers, /Erik, AFT
