looks like all partially finished orders are being cleared...
ahh well it's easy enough to add in the remaining orders, although it would have been nice to know this was happening. Or is it just a bug?
I lost some orders which were of the 'stop on error' variety...
My half empty ship jumped back home without picking up the required cargo...

They all had orders to move to a Stargate, Enter Stargate, Move to Starbase.
All three ran out of TUs trying to Enter Stargate - which is fine and normal
Then when I do an update, it tried to execute the Move To Starbase order - the Enter Stargate order had not been added to the "pending orders" list, and so was skipped totally....
It needs checking to ensure the last failed order is also added to the Pending Orders list (assuming it's failed due to TUs).
