Not certain is this is deliberately like this or a bug

Last week I took over an outpost (8297) via ground battle. This outpost's previous owner had been running security crackdown of 100%. This security crackdown appears to have been maintained by the outpost and not reset to 0%.

This has had an effect on the efficiency of the outpost this week becaue I did not notice it.

100% security crackdown reduced efficiency to 20.8%.

If this is correct then this comment is to make people aware that this happens. I would prefer all setting such as this to change to default values when you take over an position.

If my memory serves me correctly, 100% crackdown cannot reduce a SB efficiency below 50%, (or are my rules out of date?)

Other factors probably brought the efficiency down to 41.6% (lack of Domes, not enough employees, insufficient Command Complexes, etc...) and then the Crackdown cut this in half.

neither - more of an oversight but it seems silly as removing the crackdown does not rest the efficiecny for a week, so it will now set it to zero crackdown after a takeover.
