Deliver {xxxxx} {xxx} {xxx} {xxxx} {Install - No}
    Warning - Insufficient shuttle capacity, quantity reduced to 3.

The base has a hiport but it was ignored and the shuttles tried to deliver instead.

My customer isn't happy wink.gif

Come to think of it,have I read somewhere that bases can't use the hiport to deliver to orbiting ships??

Either way I'll keep this as a bug report! tongue.gif

What Peter said. Starbases use shuttleports to interact with anything that is not either docked or in the same x, y location on a planet's surface.

Hiports have never been able to actively transact (not even in BSE). They allow a ship to transact with the starbase from orbit. The ship has to be the active party.
