The enter wormhole order was not carried over to pending orders. Other ships of mine have now run after this happened and I get :

There is an error in your pending orders. Your need to clear/correct your
pending orders before another turn will be processed.
>TU 39: Enter Stargate {182} {0}
Stargate transaction aborted.You ran out of TU's.

No attempt to re-try the Enter Stargate order.
This did happen before, a long time ago, and was fixed. Guess the bug crept back in
this coupled with the on-line editor being a pain in the ass is making me shout at my computer.
Not good when i'm in the internet cafe!!

A single ship, not in a squadron at all, and todays turns (just got them, well done on the nice lunchtime replies too

Old bugs out new bugs in... This can't be an update then...
