| thats because that was the amount of weapons being fired at the patton on round 4 the day before. on leaving combat the amount of weapons is the same being fired and lessening dependant on the speed of the positions involved. thats how i expected the starbase to fire, exactly as it was the previous firing round. | |||

Speed of the shooter never adversely effects the chance of hitting a target unless the SHOOTER's dodge factor exceeds their targeting bonus, at that point the speed effects the shooter's to hit negatively. A stationary shooter firing missles never gets a negative modifier based on their speed. It is a different story when they are firing torpedos. Goth | |||
