Hi,

Outcasts had weapon load outs set and ran correctly on the main battle

Round 1: 199 Missile Launchers (Kinetic Missile mkII)
- 122 hits - 3337 [7930] damage - 63%
- Point Defence shot down 2 Kinetic Missile mkIIs
167 Missile Launcher mkIIs (Kinetic Missile mkII)
- 135 hits - 3516 [8775] damage - 84%
- Point Defence shot down 9 Kinetic Missile mkIIs
313 Missile Launchers (Missile)
- 177 hits - 1651 [35400] damage - 63%
- Point Defence shot down 16 Missiles

but seem to revert to lowest item number first during the retreat routine

Date 42.4: IMP Patton (x) is leaving combat, opening fire.

thats because that was the amount of weapons being fired at the patton on round 4 the day before.

on leaving combat the amount of weapons is the same being fired and lessening dependant on the speed of the positions involved.

thats how i expected the starbase to fire, exactly as it was the previous firing round.

And since the Starbase has a speed of zero it is amazing that it hit at all, let alone with the same salvo as round 4 of the previous battle

If this was the case then Outcasts would have fired Kinetic Mk II not MkI

is what you are trying to say, that the amount outcasts fired was correct but the type of ammo was not?
Romanov
That is what I said

Geoff

Speed of the shooter never adversely effects the chance of hitting a target unless the SHOOTER's dodge factor exceeds their targeting bonus, at that point the speed effects the shooter's to hit negatively.

A stationary shooter firing missles never gets a negative modifier based on their speed. It is a different story when they are firing torpedos.
