	OK I know the answer is every 30 weeks but this is a Questions board. It is very difficult to know when an individual ship is going to start suffering from reduced efficiency due to lack of R&R. I'd like to suggest that a warning is given on the Political results along the lines of: Ship ABC (xxxx) has not had R&R for over 27 weeks Ship DEF (xxxx) has not had R&R for over 28 weeks Ship GHI (xxxx) has not had R&R for over 29 weeks Ship XYZ (xxxx) has not had R&R for over 30 weeks - efficiency impared This would give people upto 3 weeks notice in advance of the efficiency drop and then after that each week they should be notified that it's been too long since the crew had R&R.
