	Are there any plans to bring something like affiliation tech from BSE back into Phoenix? I could see keeping actual blueprints as they are now, but it would be nice to be able to make principles and techniques available to the affiliation as a whole from one of the colonies their installed at - maybe my requiring x number of Research Complexes dedicated to doing so and a sizeable upfront stellar fee?
