	How do you tell which periphery block is next to which other block to count your trade multiplier, and more importantly where do places like sargasso fit in all this? Of course i guess it's all gonna change when the new infrastruction stuff is done

	The system scan will tell you which Periphery any given system is in, e.g. whether Sargasso is part of its own Periphery or one of the long-established ones. (Note that as Mica has pointed out previously, this distinction is made by location, and is very different from political borders) As for which Peripheries are adjacent, determining that has generally been a matter of trial and error. In most cases, if you can move directly from one Periphery to another (either by jump links or by stargate or wormhole) then they are adjacent. In most cases. Richard AFT
