| At one of my starbases, I issued the 'charge starbase shield' order back at the end of october, with 10 complexes. Given that this particular starbase has over 1000 complexes, this only represents 1% of the total - and for the last 9 weeks or so, the starbase has been showing: Planetary Shield Effect: x1 With the shield depth, max shields, recharge and shield factors all showing as though there was no starbase shield. I have since been building more starbase shield complexes, and have brought the total up to 6% of the overall complex quantity. However, the starbase still shows the shield at the x1 effect level - with no depth increase etc displaying. Do I need to deactivate and re-charge the shield (taking another 4 weeks?) | |||

I'm reluctant to move it to bugs as I know nothing about starbase shields (and this might be intended behaviour for all I know?) (I've put things in bugs myself before that turn out not to be bugs, just things working in ways we didn't expect. I know others have too.) |
