Phoenix was designed around the fact that 1mus of
production was worth (cost) 1 stellar.

This is just plain cost of production worked out from

1 factory =50mus (10 employees)
1/10 security (1 employee)
and 50 metals which requires
1/2 a mine (5 employees - most likely at outposts == 7.5)

So 50 mus == 18.5 employees (min)

And its assumed that you should have as many troops
as employees. So thats ~40 stellars per week. You also
require a few other things like shuttle ports, ship yards
etc and ships with crew to get things going.

So 1 stellar = 1 mus is about right for mass produced goods.

However thats not the sale price (the above is what it costs to
make) so a price above 1 stellar in the range of 2-4 is about
right for normal stuff but tech stuff should cost more as you
are limited how much of it you can produce. You have to consider
what it would cost to be in a position to produce 50mus of
items and this is why the sale price should be higher.
