These are all the player relevent fixes
[1] Fixed the clear pending orders problem
[2] Fixed some spelling on boarding / Agents
[3] Fixed platform efficiency nastyness (specials not running etc) + added effiency to report
[4] Checked pin validity when trying to do things that can not be done while pinned (accounts for people moving ships away)
[5] Removed issue with transfer position when orders are run on the same day. All orders are run if the position is run before the transfer but after transfer the orders are cleared. The orginal player gets the first part of the turn and the player the positon is transfered to gets an update (always)
[6] Added Ground Assult order
[7] Fixed problem with multiple battle at one location
[8] Debris updates are now free
[9] 'Change Spread (once)' only works if you are not in shortrange combat.
[10] Changed code to allow 1 ship players to transfer stellars between their ships.
[11] Race option of trade items now increases value by % of race on planet (so x1-2)
[12] Local value is now printed tech manual (relative to location you are at)

The local value printed from the TM order, does this take into account the planet's current stellar value or is it just figuring the distrance modifiers? Also what about the race modifier, is this being taken into account for local value from TMs done on a world?

No just distance and race, so it need to be multiplied by the current stellars per mu to get the exact price.
