[1] Fixed weapons with AF factor under 1 having too much effect on shields.
[2] Added Operative Item (Normal and Single Use)
[3] Added jump in/jump out tu modifiers for systems
[4] Agent actions are now counted per starbase and increase secuirty by a percentage. +0-10% is quick but then it tails off.
[5] Most agent orders have a report for their chances of success/being caught
[6] Added security report for all items
[7] Added Equip Item Operative order
[8] Added Dump Item Operative order
[9] Added Hire Agent Operative order
[10] Fixed agent cost per order
[11] Added kill Agent/Operative order
[12] Added Counter intelligence order
[13] Added Target codes to agent operatives (used to kill them via above order)
[14] Added Equip Operative order (for positions)
[15] Added political report for close / over recreation date
[16] Added Use Item Order
[17] Added terrain effect for scanning landed ships/gps
[18] Recon report fixed for starbases with platforms
[19] Fixed problem with platform targeting
[20] Added stealth penalty for for that 1 Opertaive item carried.

In general this has been an upgrade for agents - i fixed a few other minor issues with them. I'm happy to shape any orders that do not quite seem right, but there will be no major additions to agents for a while now.

Unsurprisingly enough it modifies the sensor profile of a ship or ground party based on the terrain it is landed on....

I worry about that fix on those weapons having "too much" effect on shields. I'm it doesn't affect too much on my prize winning ship blueprints

Okay, cool. Can we like have more details? Like, does every terrain type in the game have a set mod value or is it different per planet? If it's a set mod value per terrain, can we please have a list of the modifier? And also does it apply to outposts/starbase too? If not, why?

When will a new version of the the orders file be available to make use of all the new agent options? Also when will documentation on what it all does be available?
