Glad this came up.
I've had a few human prisoners knocking around several of my bases of a will now.No idea where they came from as they were there when I took over the bases.
Anyway I'm in the process of picking them up ready to take down to Quick Snack.
Unfortunately your market is only buying 88 at $5 each and I have a few more than that.
Could you increase the number you are buying please?

Issuing a yearly SA to release the last crop of prisoners isn't that difficult or expensive. Alternatively you can probably deliver them to Rubis. Those dodgy affiliations in the game probably turn them into Meklan, so always be very careful who you sell them to.

The RIP have a number of agreements with other AFF re the release of prisoners and slaves...
Not every other AFF... mainly coz they haven't approached me yet. If you want your people back... maybe you should ask me to act as a middle-man.
I have been operating my Slave and Prisoner release schemes for some time now... and no-one has complained about me mistreating them or turning them into Meklan or anything else.
I've upped the amounts on the QS market for prisoners and slaves... and I won't tell anyone who sells me what... it's meant to be an anonymous service or amnesty or something like that.
I don't even interrogate the poor souls ... so even Pirate Large has somewhere to sell his captives (if he can get someone to deliver them of course... QS is known to carry PIR on it's enemy lists).

I'd offer the same service at Freedom City too! But IMP law states that I have to have a penal colony permit or something... and it's just too much trouble to get one.
