1 complex will effectively allow 100 hulls to run at 100% of its crew factors.
Therefore a 1000 hull platform will require 10 complexes. Only the total hulls
is used so two platforms of 50 and 150 hulls respectively will require 3
platforms.
If only the 'total hulls is used, then 150 + 50 = 200 or 2 control complexs. Otherwise, would it be better worded:
".. The total hulls for each platform is use seperately so two platforms of..."
Can we get a clarification on this

The above will require 2 platform controls, its only the total that matters.
